When are commissions paid?+
Commissions accrue each time a referred account pays an invoice. We pay out monthly once your balance reaches $100, or on request for larger balances.
How does attribution work?+
When your referral becomes a customer, we lock a permanent referral code to their account. That account is credited to you for its entire life — it can't be reassigned.
Do I need a CUiGuide account?+
No. Anyone can submit a referral using the form on this page. If you later open a CUiGuide account, we can link your referrals so you can track commissions in your dashboard.
How do accounts get set up?+
Every account starts with a demo and a conversation. After that, Mark sets up your account personally and sends your login. There's no self-serve sign-up — we keep it that way on purpose.
What are the program terms?+
You must have permission to share the contact's information. Commissions are 30% of subscription revenue actually collected. Unpaid or cancelled periods earn nothing. We may decline referrals that are already in our pipeline.
